Meet Helen Thomas, a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Dental Hygienist with a passion for promoting oral health and wellness. With over 18 years of dental experience, Helen has honed her skills in preventive dental hygiene care, client education and advanced clinical procedures.

Helen is committed to creating a positive and comfortable dental hygiene experience for her clients. Helen is a Dental Hygiene graduate of APLUS Institute and has completed Orthodontics at George Brown College. She is also a graduate of George Brown’ s Restorative Dental Hygiene program, graduating with Honors. She attends numerous continuing educational courses to keep up with the latest methods, materials and emerging technologies. Her goal is to empower ndividuals with the knowledge and tools needed for their optimal oral hygiene care. 

With tailored client focused care, Helen is able to provide a personable experience along with the highest quality of care possible. Continuing to build relationships with her clients and educating them on the importance of their overall oral health is her mission. Her passion is providing Dental Hygiene care to the elderly and disabled, with a goal of making Dental Hygiene accessible to those in need. Helen takes pride in making her clients feel comfortable during their regular Dental Hygiene visits and designing home care strategies to help maintain their overall Oral Hygiene.
